New Page on Website!?!?

Recently, I added a new page called Ruled and Guidelines. I added this page so that participants can view what they need to do to participate. Before, the rules were on the Home page so it was less easier to spot all that the viewers needed to do. In the future, I will make more changes to make the opportunities on this website easier to perform.
